This privacy policy will explain how the Aeorvehicles4 conference organized by the Chair of Fluids dynamics /TUB uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

Aeorvehicles4 collects the following data:

You directly provide Aeorvehicles4 with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Register online or submit an abstract.
• When you or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

Aeorvehicles4 collects your data so that we can:

• Process your registration and submission and manage your account and submission.
• Aeorvehicles4 will share your data with other registered participants of the conference.

How do we store your data?

Aeorvehicles4 securely stores your data on the www.sciencesconf.org server and at the Chair of Fluids dynamics /TUB.

Aeorvehicles4 will keep your data until one year after the end of the conference. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting the online data basis on the www.sciencesconf.org server and the data at the Chair of Fluids dynamics /TUB.
